    HI
this is a letter that I have sent to Frank Martinell of P. V. Farm in North Scituate, Rhode Island. I must tell you it is a hidden and the meat and produce that he has is excellent.

    Hi Frank

First let me say thanks for taking time out of your day to show me around your farm. Now to the meat of this note (no pun intended). We grilled the lamb sausage it was tremendous, the next evening we enjoyed a pork chop and a boar chop, the only seasoning was sea salt and pepper. The taste was incredibly clean and fresh, it was as if I had new taste buds! Lastly was the hamburger, once again excellent, more like the taste of steak. You can see that the care you take with all the animals and the diet you feed them produces a superior product. My family and I look forward to enjoying many of the other delicacies that you have at the farm. Please keep up the good work, a local farm such as yours is a treasure.

    Thanks

    Jim Simeone
